In the fall of 2019 we began a partnership with Palmer Trinity School. We are pleased to announce that Palmer Trinity will supply us with an array of herbs grown on their campus by middle school students. All herbs are grown outdoors in a vegetable garden by the sixth grade class or indoors using hydroponics/aeroponics by the seventh grade class. In addition, all herbs are organically grown without the use of artificial/chemical pesticides or fertilizers. By educating students about how food grows and where it comes from, we can empower them to make more thoughtful, environmentally conscious choices, minimize their carbon footprint, and most importantly, eat healthier.
